Returns & Exchanges
We will be more than happy to offer a refund for any unworn items returned to us in their original and undamaged packaging, with tags intact. Please complete the returns slip included in your parcel with all details so that we are fully able to identify your return and process your refund as soon as possible. Please note that we will ONLY be able to offer a refund if these conditions are met and failure to comply will result in a delayed or unfulfilled refund. The costs of returning any goods are the responsibility of the sender. We recommend that a tracked service is used as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

Exchanges (UK Orders Only)
We are also happy to offer an exchange for any unworn items returned to us in their original and undamaged packaging, with tags intact. If you would like to exchange an item for another size, please return the item to us with a request on the returns slip to exchange your item and which size and colour item you would like. If we are unable to fulfil your exchange request we will contact you via email or phone to discuss an alternative, if we are unable to contact you within 48 hours we will refund you.
In the unlikely event there is a fault with your order, please contact us within 7 days of your order.
