UK Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your Splash About purchase. But if something isn’t quite right, no problem, we’ll be happy to help you return or exchange it.
Returns Policy
You can return any unworn items with tags intact (where applicable), within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note that returns are made at your own cost. To get started, simply visit our Returns Portal. You’ll just need your email address and order number to log in and choose one of the following options:
- Refund – We’ll issue a full refund for your returned item(s) once they’ve been received and checked.
- Exchange – Swap your item for a different size (subject to availability). Available options will be shown in the portal
- Credit Note – Choose a credit note instead of a refund and receive an extra little bonus added to your refund amount to spend on your next order!
Payment for postage via the portal is required when you request your return.
If you’d rather use your own courier, you’re welcome to do so — just keep in mind that this is at your own cost and responsibility until your parcel arrives with us.
How to Return an Item:
1. Visit our Returns Portal.
2. Enter your email address and order number.
3. Select the items you’d like to return and tell us why.
4. Choose whether you’d like a refund, exchange, or credit note.
5. Decide whether to buy a return label or use your own carrier, then follow the instructions.
6. Send your parcel back to us using your chosen method.
Once your return has been received and processed, we’ll send you a confirmation email.

EU Returns
We will be more than happy to offer a refund for any unworn items returned to us in their original and undamaged packaging, with tags intact. Please complete the returns slip included in your parcel with all details so that we are fully able to identify your return and process your refund as soon as possible. Please note that we will ONLY be able to offer a refund if these conditions are met and failure to comply will result in a delayed or unfulfilled refund.
The costs of returning any goods are the responsibility of the sender. We recommend that a tracked service is used as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges in the EU at the moment, please return your items and reorder the correct items.
