Winners – Feefo 2024 Gold Trusted Service Award

Feefo is a leading customer review site that collects feedback and reviews from real customers. Working with over 6500 brands worldwide, they have picked the best in customer service and awarded them with Gold Trusted Service Awards. And guess what? Splash About is one of them!

This prestigious award is given to companies who receive at least 50 reviews between January 1st 2023 and December 31st 2023, with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 5. Not to blow our own trumpet, but here at Splash About, we received 321 5-star reviews for our outstanding customer service.

We are incredibly proud of our small customer service team, who tirelessly answer phone calls, emails, and chat messages from both our retail and trade customers, and resolve any issues at the point of contact, leaving customers happy and understood. This accolade is a true testament to our Customer Service Team and to the other members of Splash About who care about each and every order they send out, and every customer they come into contact with.
