Post and Packing
Orders received before noon Monday to Friday (ex bank holidays), will be processed the same day.
Next Day orders – We cannot guarantee weekend deliveries. Normally orders received before noon on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
UK
Royal Mail 2nd class - approx. 3-6 working days delivery, £2.50 for one item; £1.00 for each additional item (max £8)
Royal Mail 1st class - approx. 2-4 working days delivery, £4.00 for one item; £2.00 for each additional item (max £8)
Next Day - Orders must be received by us before noon, £8.00 per order
Europe (excl Italy)
Approx. 3 - 5 working days delivery, £6.00 for one item; £2.50 for each additional item (max £15)
Italy - please contact us for delivery information before placing your order
Worldwide
Approx. 5 - 10 working days delivery, £10.00 for one item; £4.00 for each additional item (max £25)
Exchanges/Returns
Exchanges - We are happy to exchange goods. The quickest and cheapest way is to reorder the item you would like on our website. Then return the original item to us; as soon as it is received we will refund the cost of the item. Alternatively you can return the item to us, along with a cheque for £3.50 towards postage (economy) of the new item required.
Refunds - If you require a refund only, please return the original item to us; as soon as it is received we will refund the cost of the item.
All returned items must be received in perfect condition at the address below within 1 month of the dispatch date. They must be in the original packaging, tags intact, with a note of the order reference number. The costs of returning goods are the complete responsibility of the sender.
Faulty Products - We strive for excellence in both design and quality of manufacture. In the unlikely case you receive a faulty product , please contact us within 7 days, quoting the order reference number. We will replace any genuinely faulty product.
